Another anolis

This is another species of Anolis lizard endemic to a caribbean island. This is Anolis acutus from St. Croix.

The bulk of islands, like our own, have more than one Anolis species, each with different body types to do slightly different things. A few islands, like St. Croix, have only the one species and where they do the lizards all take this more generalist size and shape. This is a slightly younger specimen.
