Rare.

Dioon holmgrenii is an exceptionally rare and exceptionally beautiful cycad.

Its from somewhere in Mexico, probably somewhere with a limestone forest ecosystem. Other than that and its exceptional beauty, I know nothing about it beyond its rarity. This is the first I've seen and was a single (pupping) plant at San Diego Zoo.
