A couple of new island ticks were the highlight this week - a quick stop alongside a flooded ditch produced a nice snowy egret and then crippling coot views added American Coot to the list.
I also had a few nice waders - both yellowlegs in good numbers, stilts, solitary sandpiper, semi-palmated sandpiper, wilson's snipe and a few ducks.
Not much to report from today's dives - a nice sized 'cuda (maybe 5 feet), a tiny remora and a huge green turtle seen from the boat (an absolute dinosaur again perhaps 5 feet long).
