4 dives and various other activities means lots to report this week:
Lots of small fish coming into the outlying islands drew in some interesting birds:
- Tropic bird sp. (only my second sighting here);
- a few different terns;
- audubons's shearwater;
- brown noddy;
- American oystercatcher X 3;
- lil blue heron;
- yellow crowned night heron;
- green heron;
Plus underwater:
- self found pregnant seahorse (possibly individual #5, possibly a relocated #1);
- monster hawksbill turtle sleeping in a wreck;
- the "tame" green turtle;
- sailfin blenny;
- spawning hermit crabs;
- slipper lobster;
- juvenile queen trigger;
- eyed flounder;
- post-larval yellow headed jaw;
- southern stingray X2.
Oh. And the Snake of course.
