A brief update

I'm back from my last trip and whilst I'm still not sure when E, W & W will restart proper I thought I'd share a couple of photos and links. Whilst travelling I saw creatures from very, very small....

Following on from my notes on the Latour-marliac hybrid waterlilies I've been bewitched by a series of US hardy lily hybrids by Kirk Strawn. these are just coming in to the UK now and frankly are in a different class to other hardy cultivars. Detail are here at the excellent Victoria Adventure website - if you have or want a pond - this should be required reading.

I've also been perusing Garden Rant a fair bit too. Informative and entertaining.
