Naming of things

This is the cycad Encephalartos cycadifolius, which basically means it is an Encephalartos but it's leaves look like those of a cycad (presumably Cycas).

A rather confusing situation I think you'll agree. This is nonetheless a pretty little cycad from the a restricted and narrow distribution range which includes a few areas on the Winterberg mountain range in the districts of Bedford and Cradock in the Easterb Cape area of South Africa.
