Another Boston Metasequoia

As previously noted Boston (USA), is the home of the Dawn Redwood in the West and in many senses is responsible for its resurgence around the world.

I'd love to know the age and story of this one on the Boston Common - as you can see from the passersby it is a big tree and I wonder if it may be one of the original batch.
