Sightings

I was hoping to see some sharks today but, due to conditions, no dice. I did however see:
  • 100ish flamingos;
  • 5 green turtles;
  • 1 Cyclura iguana;
  • a dead snook (my first here); and
  • some big rays.

Naturewatching is all about swings and roundabouts.

such a different world than our landlocked prairie, forest, and farm midwest USA.

p.s. thank you for sparing me from having to live in a tropical paradise. It's a fear of mine. I had to laugh when I read that you've made the sacrifice so your readers don't have to in your 'about' section. ;)
