A belated sightings this week:
2 X green turtle - seen from kayak;
1 X osprey - seen repeatedly all week roosting in the same spot;
1 X green iguana - a new reptile for the island list (sadly not the new reptile I was hoping for this week);
schooling tarpon and blue runner attacking baitfish;
6 X clapper rail;
40+ White cheeked pintail
2 X Snowy plover
1 X Wilson's plover
3 X Semi-palmated sandpiper
Judging by a few pictures I've seen from friends the nurse sharks are starting to move into shallow water so we may see a few in the next few weeks.
