Eagle Ray

Here is the interestingly patterned Eagle Ray I mentioned in dispatches a couple of weeks ago. As you can see it is heavily rosetted as opposed to having the normal spotted pattern.

This was a small one but Eagle Rays can get pretty big (6 feet across kind of big) and unlike stingrays they fly perpetually rather than sitting. Very graceful and very cool to see flying towards you.
