A rather nice polyclad flatworm Thysanozoon nigropapillosum to be exact. These animals are related to tapeworms, liver-flukes and other icky internal parasites. Whilst they look thin and delicate, flatworms are active carnivores and scavengers that can glide along the sea bed to escape predators or reach new feeding grounds.
More information on this species and other marine flatworms is available at this site.
