It's called a fireworm for a reason!

Don't stroke the furry worms in the Carribean - this is a bearded fireworm (Hermodice carunculata) and those white hairs are horrifically caustic to the skin - an admirable defense for the fireworm and another good reason for divers to look with their eyes and not their hands.
