Last time I was at the London Wetland Centre the wind was up and the waterfowl weren't keen on being photographed - this
Tufted Duck (Aythya fuligula) kept one bright yellow eye on me for a while....

..but then decided he'd rather catch forty winks.....

...and as for his friend? Well he wouldn't even look at me:
